TOBROCO-GIANT, a leading manufacturer of compact machinery, is pleased to announce the successful acquisition of Straalbedrijf Boxtel, a renowned company specializing in high-quality painting and surface treatment services. This strategic acquisition marks a significant milestone in TOBROCO-GIANT’s ongoing commitment to excellence and growth.
The integration of Straalbedrijf Boxtel into the TOBROCO-GIANT family will enable the company to further streamline its painting quality. By leveraging Straalbedrijf Boxtel’s 35+ years of industry expertise and state-of-the-art facilities, TOBROCO-GIANT aims to enhance its production processes, ensuring the highest quality and consistency in every product.

Straalbedrijf Boxtel operates on a 14,500 m² site, with 10,000 m² dedicated to production. Their facility boasts impressive capabilities, including:
- Two 50-ton and two 16-ton gantry cranes for handling excessive components
- A fully automated blasting machine with a capacity of 1 meter per minute
- A powder coating line

Quality is at the core of Straalbedrijf Boxtel’s operations, backed by certifications including NACE Level 2 & 3, Frosio Level II, and ISO 9001:2015. A dedicated team of quality controllers ensures every project meets strict standards. Whether it’s precision work for TOBROCO-GIANT or third-party projects like blasting and painting 100-ton hydraulic cylinders for the Dutch Delta Works, the largest flood protection system in the world. Every year, Straalbedrijf Boxtel processes over 27,500 kg of powder paint and close to 100,000 liters of liquid paint, underscoring their capacity for large-scale production.
All 50 employees of Straalbedrijf Boxtel have been retained, ensuring a seamless transition and continuity of operations.
